Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC)

Use the equity in your home to finance your Garden Suite. A home equity loan with the Bank is taken out by homeowners to access the funds in your home and it allows you to borrow as much as 90% of your home’s value. It can be an excellent source of cash to finance Garden Suites and you will pay monthly principal and interest.

CHIP Mortgage

With this option, you don’t pay anything for your garden suite until your house is eventually sold. The CHIP Reverse Mortgage with the Home Equity Bank allows Canadian homeowners aged 55+ to access up to 55% of their home’s value and turn it into tax-free cash with no monthly mortgage payments required!

Bank Financing
