But it was over 5 years ago that his focus shifted profoundly after learning about the housing crisis across Canada—particularly in Ontario and our South Georgian Bay Region. Recognizing the growing need for sustainable housing solutions, he knew he had to take action. Determined to make a lasting impact, Thomas immersed himself in research, working tirelessly to

understand the barriers preventing access to affordable housing. His efforts led him to author a Roadmap to Attainable Housing for the government, providing a structured approach to tackling this pressing issue. He has since collaborated with modular housing suppliers across Canada, building relationships and advocating for more accessible, cost-effective housing solutions.
