ATTIMO Homes Workforce Housing are an Innovative Shared Accommodation solution, designed to provide affordable and comfortable living spaces primarily for entry-level workers. These inventive shared accommodations feature Private Bedrooms, Shared Bathrooms, Common Area Kitchens and Lounge Facilities, parking and low monthly Rent. Our goal is to help create Workforce Housing that address both the housing and workforce crisis, enhancing employers’ recruitment and retention capabilities and alleviate financial stress for employees. The objective of these Workforce Villages is to allow employers the opportunity to reserve any number of suites for their employees’ ensuring that housing needs are met efficiently and conveniently for both employers and employees.

Combining Housing Types

By integrating various housing types such as tiny homes, duplexes, and low to mid-rise apartment buildings, ATTIMO Villages aims to enhance sustainability, promote social equity, and improve residents’ quality of life. This approach aligns with contemporary urban planning principles that emphasize diversity, inclusivity, and community well-being. ATTIMO Homes is adept at tailoring village development to meet the specific requirements of municipalities, associations, or landowners, ensuring a customized approach to community building.

Workforce Housing

Innovative shared accommodations designed for entry-level workers. These two-storey buildings can accommodate up to 54 persons, with private bedrooms, shared bathrooms, common area kitchens, and lounge facilities. Employers can reserve suites for their employees through our proprietary reservations and management system. Rents are targeted at under $1000 per month.

Traditional Apartment Building (3-6 Storey)

Developed to meet the need for higher densities in mid-rise forms. Modular buildings can be constructed up to 6 storeys. By taking a kit-of-parts approach to floor plan layouts, the unit mix can be tailored to fit the needs of the marketplace, environment, approved density and Attainable Housing Village objectives.

Duplex/Fourplex

Developed to meet market demand for attainable/affordable one or two bedroom units. They can be combined and stacked. Floor areas of the two bedroom units start at 560 Sq. ft. including stairs.

Tiny Homes or Garden Suites

Tiny homes can be fabricated using either repurposed containers with framed add-ons or conventional modular ‘stick’ or ‘steel’ construction with framed add-ons. Two storey single family dwellings with 2 bedrooms + 3 pc. bath + 2 pc. + home office/study can also be configured in rows or standalone.
