Thomas Vincent

For five years Thomas has been involved in researching the Attainable/Affordable Housing crisis and identifying housing solutions for individuals, young and old, and for socially responsive groups. Thomas assembled this great Team of experts who have been working the past three years creating garden suites and attainable housing villages. Through ATTIMO homes we have secured 10 modular manufacturing partners and created unique housing products and services for Attainable/Affordable Housing. Thomas wrote the Roadmap for Attainable Housing for municipalities and provided a business plan to the Province of Ontario for an Attainable Housing Resource Centre. Thomas has years of experience in the building and development industry, creating unique housing projects in Toronto, Ottawa and in Collingwood. His most recent development is Balmoral Village www.balmoralvillagecollingwood.ca a creative Adult Lifestyle/Age in Place project for Active Adults 55+.
